Will it work on my website?
Yes. The embed code works with any website — Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, plain HTML, and more. StarSeb handles the technical side; you just drop it in wherever your site lets you add custom code.
What happens if the bot gets something wrong?
The bot is trained only on information you provide, so it stays on-topic. If a visitor asks something it cannot confidently answer, it captures their email and alerts you immediately so you can follow up. It will never guess or make things up.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
Not at all. You share your business information — products, FAQs, policies — and StarSeb handles the rest. Adding it to your site is one copy-paste. That is all that is required from you.
How long does setup take?
Most chatbots are live within a week of the initial call. Custom websites take longer depending on scope, but you will always have a clear timeline before any work begins.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, monitoring, ongoing updates as your business changes, and direct access to support. The bot does not go stale — if you add new products or change your policies, just let StarSeb know and it gets updated.
Can it handle multiple languages?
Yes. The bot can respond in any language a visitor writes in, which is useful if your customers come from different countries.

2. What information we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We do not collect payment information on this website.

4. B2B marketing and cold outreach
We may contact business owners and decision-makers by email if we believe our services are relevant to their business. This applies to businesses that sell products or services online and may benefit from AI-powered customer support. We do this on the basis of legitimate interest under UK GDPR and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), which permit B2B marketing communications to corporate subscribers.
How we source business contact information: publicly available sources such as business websites, directories, and professional networks.
You can opt out at any time. Every outreach email we send includes an unsubscribe option. You may also email sal@starseb.com to be removed from our outreach list. We will action all opt-out requests promptly and retain your email address on a suppression list to ensure we do not contact you again.
5. Legal basis for processing (UK & EU GDPR)
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest — to respond to enquiries, deliver services requested, and conduct B2B outreach. Where a formal service agreement is in place with a client, processing also occurs on the basis of contract performance. This basis does not apply to general website visitors.
6. Data storage and third-party processors
Your details are stored securely and never sold. To deliver our services, your data may be processed by the following trusted third-party tools:
Google — email handling and data logging (Gmail, Google Sheets)
n8n (cloud) — workflow automation, hosted at n8n.cloud
Formspree — contact form processing
These processors handle data solely to enable service delivery and are bound by their own privacy policies.
7. AI chatbot disclosure
StarSeb builds AI chatbots powered by the Claude API (Anthropic). When our chatbot is deployed on a client’s website, conversations may be processed by Anthropic’s API infrastructure. Businesses deploying our chatbot are responsible for informing their own customers of this processing. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.
8. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and project-related communications for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing relationship requires otherwise.
9. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email sal@starseb.com. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability where applicable.
10. Right to complain
If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. If you are based in the EU, you may contact your local data protection authority.
11. Cookies
This website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
